There a are a number of options for those seeking retirement or a more relaxed lifestyle in some of the most beautiful places in New South Wales. The good news is that even in popular beach locations, you can still find affordable housing  without the need for a lot of maintenance.

The secret is residential villages or what are sometimes called lifestyle housing estates. These residential communities allow you to purchase a manufactured home and then pay a small monthly rental for the site.

The advantage of this is that there is no stamp duty or bank fees. No maintenance on the grounds. And in a lot of cases you may be able to get rent assistance which would halve the monthly site rental.

Residential parks have become popular with the over 50’s because of the community feel. Most good villages have a clause stating that houses must be owner occupied meaning no problems with undesirable renters, and a better standard of houses in the village.

Residential Villages in NSW are becoming very popular due to their ability to provide affordable housing, something that the NSW Government is very keen to promote. A large number of people are selling their houses in Sydney and moving to the Central Coast where they can live in a beautiful setting and have a large nest egg left over.

Construction is typically much faster for  a manufactured home as it is built offsite in a factory controlled environment  This means there are no delays in the building process due to wet weather, that can have a significant impact on building traditional homes.

It also means we can start constructing your home even before you have found the perfect block of land. This can be either a block bought privately, or leased in a lifestyle village or residential estate dedicated to manufactured homes.

The homes can be customer designed, built in the factory so that they are ready for the agreed move in date.
